IT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED!!!. If payment is being paid by paypal, I must receive confirmation before marking pup pending/sold. I have had to many people tell me it will be done and not followed through. This is very unfair to those who go out of their way to get me their deposit. It will not be tolerated-pups or position for pick will not be marked pending/temporary held UNTIL AT THE TIME I AM ADVISED DEPOSIT IS BEING SENT OR TRANSACTION COMPLETED VIA PAYPAL. There will be no exceptions for this as well. It will NOT count if I am advised next day, later in the day or on a particular day etc...you will need to check back at that time for availablity or RIGHT AT THE TIME deposit is being sent. Please make sure to check your email; if you do not check your email, there is not much I can do if pup is sold in between the time. I simply do not have time to track buyers down requesting payment or check for status of payment. Once pup is choosen and deposit is placed, it must go towards pup choosen. It cannot be switched or traded.
Pups are immediatly switched from pending to sold when Deposit and Sale agreement BOTH have been received, so a buyer can check back to make sure all is well. Pups with pending are temporarily unavailable and cannot be purchased but may be watched and inquired about by another potential buyer. Pups that are marked sold cannot be inquired about or purchased.
Please understand that as pups grow, their features may change. Coats may lighten/darken or slightly change. Pups eyes can be blue,split/parti, bi, brown or green (it will not be a emerald green-more a yellow green and more common in Rd/Wh's). I will not be able to predict what eye color will end up being, I will have a pretty good idea and will post my best guess around at 4-5 wks. I DO NOT ACCEPT DEPOSITS FOR CERTAIN EYE COLOR. Deposits that are placed must accept what nature has given the pup for eye color, so please do not base a decision based on eye color alone because I WILL NOT REFUND DEPOSIT if it ends up the wrong color. Buyers may check back periodically for updates/changes and development. I usually update pics around every 3 weeks. Deposits will not be refunded for any reason unless the pup should become ill while in my care, no exceptions.
$300 is required to place a hold on pups being shipped (includes deposit for pup as well as items needed to prepare pup for shipping). If pup is ready, full payment is required to ship. Please indicate 2 choice of airports on the sale agreement, I use 5 different airlines so more than like I can get a flight. It may not be the best time, but it will get the puppy to you. I always try my hardest to get your 1st choice, but the more options I have to work with, the better. Please note that I only accept deposit if pups are NOT ready. If pups are ready full payment must be sent.
$200 is required to place a hold on pups being picked up: Remainder is due at pickup and cash only is accepted. Please see bottom page for details

Pups must be picked up or shipped within 5 days after ready date and/or starting from date of purchase or a $10.00 day boarding/extra holding time will be applied starting on the 6th day. It must be paid before pup is released or shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE DO NOT ASK. Please note I will do my best for weekend pickup but it may not be on day you would like. Buyers must be flexible. Please see pickup page for more details. Payment must be paid before pup is shipped . If ready date is not workable for whatever reason, please check back for availablity at a better time when you would be ready for arrival or go to the expecting page. When I hold a pup back it makes it unfair to someone else that could have placed deposit that would be ready or willing to pick up the pup near ready date I have given and to those who have made their final payment on time. All requirements from buyer (final payment received on time, ready for pup to be shipped on ready date etc).
