DEPOSIT FOR PICK AGREEMENT
I will take up to 3 deposits per litter. If there is certain requirements (certain coat color, gender) please check the "Sibe Pups" page around the due date according to the litter you are interested in for results and availablity. If certain eye color is required, please check back when pups will be 5-6 wks old. I do not accept deposits for certain eye color...buyer must accept what nature gives the pup. If you should decide to pursue, please read the Deposit page, and Purchase page (link below)and sign/send with your deposit this page. All deposits that are placed in advance will be contacted when litter is born and pics have been taken, with a link directly to them. It may take a few days. Choice will be made in order of deposits (pick #). Due to everyone waiting for their opportunity and to keep from one person holding up the whole litter, a decision must be made within 48 hrs when notified it is your turn. Failure to do so will result in being bumped to the bottom. I also may have others that have chosen to wait until the litter is born to purchase as well. I will not hold a litter or pups back to wait for eye color to be determined. If you think that you will not be able to make a decision when pups are born/posted, please do not place a deposit and check back on or around due date for results and availablity. Please keep track of time and check your email, because I only send one notice that it is your turn to pick. I do not have time to track buyers down for their choice, you will be skipped and bumped to the bottom. It is also unfair for those who have waited patiently and waiting for their turn.
Deposit IS NON REFUNDABLE; Please be sure. The price you can expect to pay is posted by litter on the expecting page. If a deposit is placed on a particular litter, it must be applied TO THAT LITTER, pup must be chosen from the litter the deposit was placed on. It may NOT be rolled, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We are dealing with genetics, ancestors play a significant part. You must be willing to accept ANY coat color this breed can come in. Please visit www.huskycolors.com for acceptable colors in this breed, because colors can be ANY acceptable from this website. A litter can also consist of only one gender, one color or only two. Or it can several colors. You will forfiet ALL of your deposit if one is not choosen from THE LITTER it was placed on. Even if shipping, more than likely I have started purchasing of items needed etc. Plus the purchase processing I have to do, fee's lost etc. If you are just wanting a pup pup because you liked the parents, then by all means, place a deposit. There will be less disappointment and less hassel for us both.
When decision has been made and you have a good understanding of how it works as well as information on the website, please fill out below and return me with your deposit. Methods of payment accepted is on the payment page on the website. You can get to the page in the steps provided on the purchase page (link below). I look forward to working with you..if you should decide to wait until the litter is born, please feel free to do so. Please keep in mind if you choose to place a deposit, pictures are very very difficult to take as newborns, they get better with age because they are not wiggling and stay still longer. By signing, you are agreeing to the terms and have a full understanding of the policy and this agreement.

You may if you would like, print at anytime the "sale agreement" before pups arrival so that once decision has been made, you would just need to send/email/fax. I will not mark your pup sold until it AND deposit has been recevied. Your deposit will put your choice on temporary hold/pending until I receive it. The sale agreement completes the sale. Deposit will not be accepted for certain coat color and/or gender. The deposit holds position/pick in the litter ONLY. IT DOES NOT hold a parcitular coat color, gender, combination of both etc. Position will not be held until deposit has been sent. It will work the same way as if the pup is being purchased. When position will be held, pending period etc; (please see the Deposit page).
There is no fine print here, or on anywhere, including the sale agreement; if there is disappoinment, issues it is because their was failure to read.
