Shipping-How it works

If there is disappointment or issues, it is because there was failure to read as I so strongly recommend. Read before you sign, please. By signing, you agree to the terms of sale and are sure of your puppy purchase. Please note: I will not track down buyers for payment. If it is not done as per instructed, either deposit will be forfeited or penatly/extra holding time etc will be accessed. I appreciate those who follow the procedure and I apologize up front to have to be so strict, I have been forced to. PUPS ARE SOLD AS PETS ONLY AND MUST BE SPAYED/NEUTERED by 7 mo of age. By signing this contract you agree to its terms and conditions. If pup is purchased with papers (AKC limited) but not in folder, please notify me immediatley.

PUP MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER READY DATE OR AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 A DAY BOARDING FEE WILL BE APPLIED AND ADDED TO THE REMAINDER STARTING ON THE 6TH DAY. IT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE PAID BEFORE PUP IS RELEASED. (please see the deposit page). I do not make reminder emails/calls. CASH ONLY accepted at pickup. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

I reserve the right to request proof of spay/neuter. Failure to compy will result up to a $1,000 penalty fee and/or loss of dog. This ensures me my pups were purchased as intended, as pets only and lessens chances greatly of ending up in puppy mills or in hands of backyard breeders. It will be considered breech of contract and will be treated as such.
