Once deposit is placed on pup choosen, it must apply to that puppy. IT CANNOT BE SWITCHED OR TRADED. So please be sure it is the pup you want.

If there is disappointment or issues, it is because there was failure to read as I so strongly recommend. Read before you sign, please. By signing, you agree to the terms of sale and are sure of your puppy purchase. Please note: I will not track down buyers for payment. If it is not done as per instructed, either deposit will be forfeited or penatly/extra holding time etc will be accessed. I have had way to many bad expereinces and people not following through, stalling, or some crazy things pulled. It will not be tolerated. It is not fair to me and to potential buyers who go out of their way to do follow purchase procedure and I simply to not have time to waste for this. I appreciate those who follow the procedure and I apologize up front to have to be so strict, I have been forced to. PUPS ARE SOLD AS PETS ONLY AND MUST BE SPAYED/NEUTERED. By signing this contract you agree to its terms and conditions. Pups must be spayed and/or neutered no later than by 7 months of age.

PUP MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER READY DATE OR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFIETED AND PUP WILL BE PUT BACK UP FOR SALE ON THE 5TH DAY (please see the deposit page). I do not make reminder emails/calls. CASH ONLY accepted at pickup.
