I must be advised when BOTH Sale agreement & payment are being SENT before any action on my end will be taken. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE; UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR ANY REASON. Stalling to keep a pup from being sold, so mind can be made up, while shopping around, etc; will not be tolerated. This is very unfair to other potential buyers who are SERIOUS and intend to purchase and want the puppy choosen. 2nd day air by mail is the most easiest and fastest, I allow 4 business days; per payment page. Pup will not be marked pending etc until I am advised BOTH are being SENT AT THAT TIME. I hold pups if ready with a deposit, for up to 5 days.

I do not do quick pup sales, I believe in having a buyer fully understand terms of sale UPFRONT and be comfortable with there purchase. It also helps to eliminate impluse buying, which the pups end up paying for it if done so. I also feel if a potential buyer has taken the time to read the site, they usually are the ones who end up in great homes with less issues and confusion later. I include as much information as possible with almost 14 yrs experience to help a potential buyer get optimum information and no not hide or advise that you find out later. This happens with unethical and unprofessional breeders. Please watch out for commerical breeders (puppy mills), they breed by volume/bulk. A few indicators are multi breeds and high amount of intact females. Pups have a higher chance of disposition issues, health issues, faults and not bred within the breed standard. (to large, not look like they are suppose to according the the breed standard; etc).

IT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED WITH BOTH DEPOSIT/PAYMENT AND SALE AGREEMENT/CONTRACT. My policy is not meant to makes things difficult, it has been set because I have been forced to. To many no shows-people, who have intentions and not following through. .

STEP 3: If pup is to be shipped and are ready; full payment must be received.
STEP 4: Each page needs to be printed/attached seperetely and prints best in landscape.
WEBSITE IS CURRENT AND ACCURATE ON AVAILABLITY; When a pup is sold, he or she is marked immediatley on site. Pictures are updated every 2-3 wks; last update and next update are listed on the top right hand corner of each pup page. If it is desired to wait & view pups in person; understandable, however, they cannot be until they are weaned and ready to go (see faq's & pickup page for more details). Please check back for availablity at that time.
