Loved people, would rather be around them N'kia was beauty with gorgeous eyes, which were the first thing to be noticed. Pretty smart cookie; asked her to please move, she moved. Asked her to please come, she came. Her loss, I did not see coming; I was sucker punched.
SibehavenŠ
Back
Below are my beloved retired or have past on from Sibehaven to Dogheaven. I have a few offspring of below and they live on through them. It is so, at times, soothing. I only have two left of my original "6". The oldest and the youngest. Odd, but true.

To my friends who are no longer with me whom I loved and lost : We shall meet again, I know you will be waiting;)
WOLF 1992-2002
DENA 1995-Retired
BOBBIE 1995-2009
KENA 1996-2008
KATIE 1997-Retired
Wolf was one of a kind. Words cannot express my loss when he went so quickly to cancer. I had no time to prepare. I still to this day miss him tremendously. I have his son...(Dakota-Dena mother); acts/talks at times, just like him. Its uncanny.
Dena was my first husky. She is almost 15 yrs old; blind as a bat, deaf as a post. Still acts like a pup at times and plays "get you" with me still. Have no clue how she does...other than my scent, maybe tone, maybe "sixth" sense dogs/animals seem to have.
Bobbie was Bobbie, had her own personality. She was more of a one person dog. She liked my dad alot, he'd bribe her with treats..:). She passed on the BEST way. Of old age, in her sleep. I have her daughter (Sophia) and grand-daughter (Chloe).
CHELSEA 1999-2005
Chelsea was a talker. Told you all about everything. (Miss gossip). I had 6 months with her before I had no choice but to put her to sleep. Everyday I would mix her food and baby her; she developed tumors in her mouth. My vet, I owe so much to for helping me with her, doing everything she could; giving me the extra time.
Katie is a gem. Smart, lover, & so incredibly even tempered. She has the highest pointed pedigree I have seen/had. Innisfree & Huricane ONLY on it. 2nd generation and after, all Champions. I have her cousin, Breasha. I retired Katie early, when she was 6. She had female "issues" and wanted to up her chances of a longer life. Glad I did...Still with me.
N'Kia 2002-2009
Kena was my 2nd husky. Her and Dena were raised together and best friends. She went as well, best way..and was with her daughter in the same kennel. She was the BEST MOTHER and Grandmother. Pups would go to her, lay on her...she'd clean t hem and take right over. while daughter-Kenai, looked on greatful..:) She was the only husky I have ever had that would take ANY puppy as her own. True sarrogate..would not recommend it or try it with any other dog.
